Our Purpose: We are comprised of HR representatives from predominately Manufacturing and Distribution companies within western region of Ohio. Established in 1940, the HRAWO exists to provide a means for the interchange of ideas, experience, methods, and other matters of mutual interest concerning the relations of management and employees, and to promote networking among those who have to deal with such issues. Thus the Association, without seeking to force standards or policies upon any of its members, is a means for the cooperative study of common issues in the field of Human Resources.

 

Meetings: We schedule 8 meetings throughout the year.  In addition there is a special event in June, a plant tour in October, and a Holiday Party in December. Meetings are currently held at the Inn at Versailles in Versailles, OH, with a start time of 4:00 PM.

 

Benefits: This association is an excellent source of networking within the area.  Our annual wage & benefit survey of member companies is a vital source to keep a pulse on the industry and the field. We frequently add value to our meetings by hosting speakers that can bring us insight to current events and changes in legislation.

 

Annual Dues: Membership dues are $150 per company representative.
